1. Introduction These Terms govern your use of the Stuner Wear Android marketplace application and related Stuner Wear website content. 2. Eligibility You must provide accurate registration information and be able to form a binding contract under Kenyan law. 3. Stuner Wear Accounts You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account. 4. Buyers Buyers may browse listings, use cart/wishlist features, and place orders when products are available. Prices and stock shown in-app may change until payment is confirmed by our payment systems. Website product displays marked as demo are illustrative and are not live inventory. 5. Sellers Seller accounts may list products, update stock, archive listings, and manage fulfillment status for their orders, subject to platform rules and approval settings. 6. Product Listings Sellers must ensure listings are accurate and lawful. Stuner Wear may remove or archive listings that violate these Terms or operational policies. 7. Orders An order is created after successful payment confirmation through our backend processes. Order status updates (ordered, processing, shipped, delivered, cancelled) reflect fulfillment progress. 8. Payments Payments are initiated via M-Pesa STK Push in the Stuner Wear app and website. Amounts are calculated server-side from trusted product/cart data. Failed, cancelled, or incomplete payments do not create fulfilled orders. 9. Delivery Delivery method options available in the app, destinations you set, and any notes you provide are used for fulfillment. The app may use precise location, with your permission, for delivery mapping and rider tracking while those features are in use. Delivery times depend on sellers and courier or rider partners. 10. Returns & Refunds Return and refund requests should be raised through support promptly after delivery. Eligibility depends on the specific order circumstances and applicable policy decisions by Stuner Wear and/or the seller. 11. Marketplace Responsibilities Stuner Wear provides the platform. Sellers are responsible for the condition and description of their goods. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details. 12. Prohibited Activities You may not misuse the app or website, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate payments/stock, post illegal content, or harass other users. 13. Intellectual Property Stuner Wear branding, design, and software remain our property. Listing content remains subject to rights held by the uploading seller and applicable law. 14. Account Suspension We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms, present security risk, or require investigation. 15. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stuner Wear is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from marketplace transactions, courier delays, or third-party payment/network outages. 16. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms in the application and on this website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 17.
